At Impact Dog Crates, we want you and your canine companion to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
